The making of Pickles has always been a typical Dutch tradition. Way back during sailing trips in the "golden age", vegetables
preserved in a mixture of salt and vinegar were taken along to provide the crew with vitamins needed to avoid all kind of
diseases. We use these old recipes to pack the Delicious Pickles today and only during harvest time to guarantee our quality.
For the mustard are used traditional French recipes and the finest mustard seeds and wine vinegar
