EZ Store 1.1 Stable is a simple ecommerce component for Joomla! that was originally my TemplateShop/CatalogShop hack of AkoGallery. Inclusion of AkoGallery's PonyGallery variant has resulted in some exciting new features not available in the old TemplateShop/CatalogShop components. These make it ideal for both individual and community sites, and features include:-

• Recursive directories that allow the creation of product categories with multiple subcategories.
• Single image upload and batch image upload via the Admin area.
• Recommend product to friend - available only for registered members.
• Comment and vote on products.
• Product slide-show.
• Allow members to sell products through your store. Members can add product details via a front-end member's panel, and edit or delete their products as well.
• Just about all features configurable via the Admin area.
• Multiple shopping options - buy now buttons, shopping cart functionality, or use both.

EZ Store's simplicity lies in its use of native PayPal buttons - although you can probably use the button code of other payment processors too. No complex ecommerce configuration is necessary - simply make your buttons over in your PayPal area, then copy/paste them into your store.

Alternatively, if you want PayPal IPN capabilities - pair EZ Store with a commercial PayPal IPN script such as my own script Safe-T-Lock.  Store your digital products in Safe-T-Lock's secure directory, generate the "buy now" buttons using Safe-T-Lock's built-in button generator, then copy/paste them into EZ Store.  EZ Store then becomes your shop front, and Safe-T-Lock takes over - verifying transactions and delivering the product automatically.
